Barbados’ Best Employers (BBE) Programme

The work environment has changed and it is important to assess how effectively teams are collaborating. BBE programme involves an employee opinion survey which helps to identify the synergies and gaps within an organisation; synergies indicate that things are going right, and gaps show opportunities for improvement. The survey will afford employees the opportunity to be heard particularly in their responses to the open-ended questions. Each participating company receives an extensive report that provides practical recommendations for improvements.

Benefits
of Participation.
Participating organisations receive an Employee Opinion Survey which will provide feedback on their team’s perceptions of varied aspects of HR practices.

of Participation.
Caribbean Catalyst, Inc. will analyse the survey findings, provide an extensive report during a debrief meeting, and discuss the strengths of the organisation’s culture along with practical recommendations for improvements. If intentionally implemented, the recommendations will help the leaders and managers to work closely with their colleagues for continuous and sustainable growth.

Participating companies will receive comparative data that shows their performance relative to other companies.

Participation in a prior BBE programme will provide comparative information on how the organisation performed in the areas surveyed.

All finalists will be provided with the BBE award logo to be used for promotions and branding. These organisations will also be publicly recognised at the awards ceremony.

Participants register for a fee/investment that is approximately 10% or less of the cost of an Employee Opinion Survey.
