Barbados’ Best Employers

APPLICATION CLOSES IN:

Barbados’ Best Employers (BBE) 2022 Programme has officially Launched. Our theme this year is Working Better, Together!

The work environment has changed and it is important to assess how effectively teams are collaborating. BBE programme involves an employee opinion survey which helps to identify the synergies and gaps within an organisation; synergies indicate that things are going right, and gaps show opportunities for improvement. The survey will afford employees the opportunity to be heard particularly in their responses to the open-ended questions. Each participating company receives an extensive report that provides practical recommendations for improvements.

Be one of the first 50 companies to register and participate in a free live one-hour webinar on Working Better, Together – LEADING WITH HUMANITY.
