The Leadership Challenge Workshop® is built on over three decades of research by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner. Caribbean Catalyst Inc. facilitates this workshop (both in-house and public) which demystifies the concept of leadership and approaches it as a learnable set of behaviours. The Leadership Challenge Workshop requires the completion of the Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI), a 360° assessment. Throughout the workshop, as each practice is addressed, the relevant section of the LPI is used as a starting point for participants to focus on the practical things they can do to become more effective leaders.
Effective teamwork is significant to an organisation’s sustainability, especially in today’s dynamic work environment. Caribbean Catalyst Inc. has employed the Five Behaviors® assessment tool which utilises Patrick Lencioni’s model for teamwork which focuses on Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Teamwork requires that each individual utilises a certain set of skills to be an effective team player. Using the output from the assessment, the Workshop provides existing teams (executive, management, departments, etc.) with a roadmap towards better communication and collaboration.
